COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
The Harmony Community Connection is a program that strives to help ease the transition for Harmony graduates from the inpatient program back into the community in which they live. Generally, the Harmony Community Connection program provides an essential link between treatment and recovery. The client’s Primary Counselor matches each graduate leaving Harmony with a Harmony alumni living in the graduate's community who has more than a year of sobriety and connection to the recovery community in that area.
